Neck-Through Design
Semi-Hollowbody Neck Through Design The Neck-Through Semi-Hollowbody design eliminates excess feedback and achieves ideal balance at a comfortable weight. The photograph shows the curly maple neck extending all the way through the guitar.
Sculpted Neck Joint
Uniquely Sculpted, Patented, Neck Joint My special, carved, neck joint is not only comfortable, but offers superb access to the 22 Fret Neck.
Solid Wood Carved Top
Solid Wood Carved Top with Inlaid Accent Line Unlike many other thinline and archtop guitars, there is no veneer-covered plywood here. These guitars are carved from solid, premium tonewoods. Violin-style purfling adds a final touch.
Solid Wood Carved Back
Solid Wood Carved Back Tops and backs carved from solid wood give the guitar a truer “singing” quality than plywood plates can ever achieve.

Pickups
Lindy Fralin Humbuckers at neck and bridge, and Lindy Fralin P90s on the Blues Queen. Lindy’s pickups have superb tone and are extremely consistent from guitar to guitar.
Volutes Front and Back
At the Nut The radiused volute on the back of the headstock and another on the headplate veneer add strength where it’s needed thee most as well as an aesthetic touch.
Tuners
Premium Tuners We use Gotoh 510 Tuners. These premium 18:1 ratio tuners are not only ergonomically designed, they are also stunningly beautiful.
Headstock Veneer
Ebony Carved Top Headstock Veneer Not only does the three-dimensional headplate add structural strength, as I discuss above, but it adds an elegance to my patented headstock.
Ebony Tailpiece
Carved Tailpiece The Elite and Jazz Elite come with a specially-designed carved Ebony Tailpiece. This unique tailpiece mounts solidly to the top of the guitar, unlike a floating tailpiece that can rob tone.
TonePros Bridge
Locking Bridge TonePros bridges lock, so that when you are restringing the guitar, the tailpiece doesn’t slip off the posts and damage the finish. The locking mechanisms on the bridge and tailpiece also adds sustain.
Electronics
5-way Switching for Humbucker and Single Coil Sound We use a premium Dimarzio Multipole switch for coil tapping. Switch positions are humbuckers at 1,3 and 5; single coils at 2,4.

Hum-reducing conductive paint in the control cavity
