New Shop and Current Batch Pics
November 22nd, 2009
Hi All,
It continues to be monumentally busy between setting up the new shop and continuing to work on new guitars.  I’m adding something a little new this week; a chance to see some guitars in different phases of the build.  These are from the new batch of Fusions and Classics.  I’m really excited about the fret board inlays we’ve been working on. Let us know what you think. We’re always excited to hear feedback.

I’m also putting up a few snapshots of the home and shop in Sumner.  We’re pretty excited by the way it’s coming along.  We absolutely love the house.  The shop is quite the project as you can see.  It doesn’t have a roof yet and we’ve got some rock ledges that we’re having to work around, but it’s going to be amazing when it’s finished.

    Hey Chuck,
Wow you do have your hands full. Talk about juggling a lot off items at once.
Thanks for the photos of the future shop and the works in progress.
Man I love those birds eye maple necks, just great stuff.
Enjoy the approaching holidays and I hope the weather continues to cooperate for working on the shop.
    Best wishes always.

    Happy Thanksgiving Chuck.
Love the house & it’s very cool to see your guitars in progress. Can’t wait to get my #5 CP in this next batch. I have a feeling that one will be the one I grab to rock out.
That’s some good looking Ash & birds eye.
My girlfriend & I wish we could come up. It would be great to pound in some nails & help get your shop done.
    Thanks for the photos

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours, Chuck. Man that sure is a big house. I know you are loving it and getting the shop like you want it. The warms my heart because it looks like you’ll be making these jewels all your life and never worry about the weather. With a roof like that and some good insulation, let ‘er snow!!

Love the new Blues Queen more every time I touch it. I finally got my 70’s Fender DR, and these 2 were just made for each other. Just like at the test drive in your other shop. I still pinch myself to believe I actually own such a masterpiece. Don’t get me wrong - I love the Fusion and Classic as much as ever….. I just don’t get as much time with them since this new beauty joined the harem. She really is “The Queen”.

I’m liking that inlay work amongst those beautiful birdseyes. You continue to amaze.

Thanks for keeping us posted on your progress.

    Jay

What a great looking house - love it’s look and metal roof! The shop extension is also very cool, and I hope that it works well for you. Those butterscotch Classics…

Best wishes to you and your family.
